    Q: What is the EXPERIENCE (not the SERVICE OR PRODUCT) someone is really buying from you?

    How can you leverage this EMOTIONAL investment for mutual benefit?

    Do: Ask your client “intake” questions that help you clarify their multi-level reasons for engaging YOUR service (not just their need)

    Now you can practice. In a few times, you’ll get good at assessing this about them on a nonverbal level, based on what’s NOT being said (most times).

    Go To: Offer a way to uplevel.

    Once you know what really serves them (what they need), you can choose to package it to uplevel for mutual benefit after an initial trial. This avoids staying stuck in an hourly hamster wheel and affords you the time to invite them into a service you guide either in group or online while teaching them the skills to self-regulate.

    • People don’t really NEED to buy or sign up for a service or a product from you. They buy or sign up with you — not with their head—with their heart.

    • So, make a list about what you think are the many reasons your clients choose to work with you?

    — They trust you to have a vision of who they can be, and to help motivate them to see and achieve it too.

    — They have vision of who they want themselves to be and feel/trust that you see it too and can help them achieve it.

    — They like your vibe and want to learn from you, and/or they like how they feel when they’re around you.

    — They have a goal of ongoing self-maintenance and just enjoy the confidence and energy you bring into their life.

    — They value the convenience of your in-home service.
