CONFIRMATION Rebecca’s Gardens will provide professional garden care + maintenance services for your property starting at our earliest convenience. This basic agreement hereby authorizes Rebecca's Gardens and any independent sub contractor to commence and complete any or all of the usual and customary services at the garden site, as may be required in the discernment of Rebecca's Gardens or independent sub contractors for this season. Thank you for gardening with us!  

SEASONAL SCHEDULE  We are beginning maintenance in mid April this season, weather permitting, and will be in touch to schedule a start date accordingly. Maintenance season is generally 8 mos, beginning around late March or early April, and completing somewhere between mid October and end of November, weather allowing. We will schedule a good time to wrap later in the season, based on the weather. If you join us mid season, your estimate will be pro-rated.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES  Your choice of services is reflected above, accompanied by an initial email estimate, and as discussed in previous meetings, emails, or texts. In general, Rebecca’s Gardens and any independent sub contractors provide professional garden care (maintenance services) that may include any of the following, but not limited to: weeding, trimming, shaping, pruning, fertilizing, staking, wrapping, planting, transplanting, removing, digging, installing, using soft or hardscape materials, deliveries, or other services or features.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES available by request include: 

• HARDSCAPE SOLUTIONS (separate project estimate by request) — Artful use of local natural stone, Patios, Walkways, Retaining Walls, Veneers, Tiers, Steps, Boulders, Rockscapes, Woodwork, Raised Planting Beds, Pergolas, Outdoor Art Pieces

• SMALL SCALE GARDEN DRIP IRRIGATION SOLUTIONS (estimate as needed) — basic installs, adjustments, additions, simple outdoor timers

• WINTER WATERING (separate schedule)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE + METHODS  For Garden Care for the full season we are happy to reserve your spot in our busy schedule. We like to offer a 10% savings for those who find it simplest to make a single seasonal payment in full up front. Alternatively we accept a typical 50% deposit of the initial estimate, and the remaining 50% is billed mid season, or in some cases on a monthly billing schedule for the remaining half of the season. Adjustments to the estimate, should services or requirements differ once in-situ, can be made at time of next billing, or at the end of the month as needed. We accept personal or bank checks (payable to Rebecca’s Gardens), venmo, paypal, and credit (with a small additional portal fee for paypal or credit).

INSURED FOR PEACE OF MIND  Rebecca's Gardens is fully insured for general liability. Rebecca’s Gardens, Rebecca Carlson, and all independent sub-contractors cannot be held liable for any damages, accidents, or issues resulting from services rendered, work performed, or usage during or after maintenance or project completion. Rebecca’s Gardens is a service supplier only. Any plant or material adjustments or guarantees will be found at the nursery or vendor.
