OUR FLOW

Each project sees Rebecca draw together a curated team of alliance members, vetted specialized service providers whose skills cover all the bases. Each member is an entire small professional and independent business with owner/manager and independent team. Each is dedicated to helping support what’s best for the project and contributors as a whole through their specialization or craft, availabilty, and a natural enjoyment of involvement.

This curated teamwork is what we call our Alliance, or Partnership LLC, aka Local Land Collective. Rebecca brings the team for each project based on vetted experience and the needs of the project, and offers experienced recommendations on best team alignment.

We continue to work seamlessly together in the ever growing and evolving industry of entrepreneurs and contractor teams while offering cohesive skills for landscape development and conservation.

Drawing on her M.A. LPCC training, Rebecca has managed first-hand how independent teams work best when drawn together on a shared project. Our independence ensures we perform the way that works best for us, while our commitment to the project under the umbrella of our Partnership affords us the adaptability to build the correct team-based alignment. Essentially, we each professional’s unique skills and experience, but most importantly we also look at their personality and archetype. With this natural data, we provide an alignment that fills in the gaps for project requirements and personnel, while sustaining ideal momentum and rapport with clients and colleagues throughout the schedule. Rebecca carefully observes and encourages the uniqueness and character that brings out the best in one another, and the skills and methods that support the team’s success.

This is how the Local Land Collective was born — a brilliant collaboration — achieving a type of success that can be defined not only by bottom line results but also by a lightness of heart and shared enjoyment. These are the keynotes of stability, balanced with innate gifts, resulting in a quality of life that is only sustainable from a shared inner satisfaction of doing what we love. Your project isn’t just another line-item, it’s an opportunity for growth and a shared sense of purpose.

Meet Rebecca

Since 2011 Rebecca’s Gardens & Design, now Eco Gardens By Rebecca, has provided design solutions for sustainable landscapes. Clients include homeowners, HOAs, green architects and developers, small agriculture, and city districts. Projects range from sustainable design-build, to connecting with community, layering roi for a green bottom line, focusing on pollinators and native species, or simply refreshing the property. Each results in enjoying more time outdoors, and balancing their ecology footprint. We work directly with a trusted independent installation team to realize your unique design.

We provide professional landscape design, consultations, planning and guidance for new builds, existing properties, community and wild spaces. We specialize in meeting project goals with a sustainable approach to the land in the areas of landscape, xeriscape, native plants, ecologic balance, permaculture and regenerative principles, and land harmonization. With a background in plants, artistry, and graphic design, and a unique proclivity for systems integration, Rebecca’s designs introduce valuable solutions, and serve as an enlightening reflection of the inherent connection we share with each other and the multifaceted natural world.
